These terms cover your use of drekilabs.com (the “site”), operated by Dreki Labs LLC (“Dreki Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
The site
The site presents information about Dreki Labs and our products, and lets you contact us. We may update or change its content at any time.
Contacting us
Submitting the contact form is a request to get in touch, not a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Don’t submit false, abusive or spam content through the form.
Intellectual property
The Dreki Labs name, logo, copy and design are ours. Our products link out to their own sites and remain the property of Dreki Labs. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Third-party links
The site links to products and services we don’t control (for example Waderly and Dulcemena). We’re not responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dreki Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
Governing law
Dreki Labs LLC is organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
